It’s the first time Mark teaching this class online... will be amazing!

The workshop is divided into 2 sections:

The FIRST Part is entirely focused on Breath work - Pranayama and it's 
open to all level practitioners!

WHAT YOU GONNA LEARN:

  • Everyday essentials of breathing

The SECOND Part is about energising the body through movement

You gonna get a vocabulary of movements combined with the fundamental of breath work:

an helpful pratice to learn to move actively and expand your range of motion.

Mark will break down the primary movement patterns for each of the major joint complexes of the body - and then will provide a sequence with ideas of how to incorporate these principles into your practice. 

Having this basic knowledge of how your body works and how to move it can carry you a long way in terms of your overall health, wellbeing and general physical maintenance. It also provides a solid foundation on which to start building more complex movements.

  • Arms Swings & Dynamic movements for energising the body
  • Emptying practices & Shaking for releasing tensions
  • Waves and Circles for spinal articulation, movement and fluidity.
